A SIMPLE AND TRANSPARENT APPROACH

At RND Home Care, we believe in complete transparency when it comes to agency fees and placement terms. Our structure is designed to be straightforward, easy to understand, and reflective of the level of service provided throughout the recruitment process.

All fees are applicable only when a successful placement is made. We work closely with families to ensure clarity from the very beginning, so there are no hidden costs or unexpected charges.

NANNY & HOUSEKEEPER SERVICES

• Above 30 hours per week: 10% agency fee
• Part-time (up to 30 hours per week): 13% agency fee

These placements include long-term nanny roles, housekeepers, and general domestic support staff within private households.

OTHER HOUSEHOLD SERVICES

• Rota / Governess placements: 12% agency fee
• Personal Assistants / House Managers: 12% agency fee
• Butlers / Private Chefs / Chauffeurs: 12% agency fee
• International staff (non-UK placements): 15% agency fee

These services are tailored for more specialised or senior household roles requiring higher levels of experience and responsibility.

TEMPORARY STAFFING SERVICES

• Temporary staff (1–12 weeks): £30 per day agency fee
• Temporary staff (over 12 weeks): 15% of annual candidate salary
• Overseas temporary staff (1–12 weeks): £40 per day agency fee

Temporary placements are ideal for short-term cover, travel requirements, or seasonal household support.

REGISTRATION FEE

A £150 registration fee applies to all new clients.

• The fee will be deducted from the gross salary.
• This fee is required to begin the search process
• It is fully deducted from the final placement fee once a successful placement is made
• It is non-refundable once candidate sourcing begins

CONTRACT TERMS

• All placement fees apply to the first 12 months of employment only
• After the initial 12-month period, no further agency fees are charged for the same candidate
• Fees apply only upon successful introduction or placement
• All agreements are subject to written confirmation before placement begins
• Fee is calculated as a percentage of the gross annual salary for the first 12 months.
